A Mentor and a Visiting Lecturer (CIPM, IMH & SLFI) who counts over 27 + years of experience and exposure in diversified sectors and fields in Sri Lanka and having extended experience and exposure in offshore territories too. Mainly his services centralized to Colombo, Western Province, however he has been providing services around the country with diversified people and cultures. He has been working with more than 18 different nationalities, strengthening his ability to work with any nationality, successfully around the world. His services spreads throughout multi-sectors, enfolding local and international organizations, with a broad spectrums, covering government sector, semi- government sector, INGOs, NGOs, IGOs, private sector and international consulting sector, under the themes of Civil and Corporate consultation & human resources related pre-litigation advisory services, Human Resources Management & Development, Capacity Building and Motivation, Professional & Youth Development inclusive of grooming for International Representation Standards. He has been serving diversified sectors such as Financial Services, Banking, Trading, Hospitality and Leisure, Manufacturing and community development sectors too. Further He served as a Professional Trainer for20+ years, and He was a Senior Instructor at Outward Bound Trust Sri Lanka (OBT-SL, affiliated to OBT International – Utah USA) for 8 years. He has been serving in “People & Change” consultancy field since 2003.
