Additionally, his role as an Investment Advisor and independent agent at NDB Securities (Pvt) Ltd highlights his expertise in the financial services industry.

Noteworthy in his past leadership roles, Rohan served as the President of the Serendib Toastmasters Club, where he earned numerous accolades for his outstanding contributions. As the Past Executive Vice President of Junior Chamber International Sri Lanka (JCI SL), he demonstrated strategic leadership and impactful decision-making.

Rohan Dias holds a Master of Science in Service Management (MSc SM) from the University of Colombo. His qualifications also include recognition as a Qualified Marketer by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (C.I.M, U.K.) and the attainment of the National Diploma in Human Resources Management (NDHRM) from CIPM.
